ASX/NZX Announcement - Appointment of new non-executive Director
On 10 April 2017, SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited announced its intention to, subject to obtaining the requisite regulatory approvals, appoint Rob Campbell as a non-executive director to the SKYCITY Board.
Such regulatory approvals now having been obtained, the company advises, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), that Mr Campbell has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company effective from 25 June 2017.
